The late Marhoom Shaykh Naseem Abdul Majid Al Azhari An Naqshbandi of Sri Lanka
This is the The late Marhoom Shaykh Naseem Abdul Majid Al Azhari An Naqshbandi Alim probably the one and only Al Azhari Sri Lankan Naqshbandi who took Bayya'h from Sulthan Mowlana Seyedi Shaykh Nazim al Haqqani in the 1990s.
He completed his B.A in Islamic studies from Al Azhar in Egypt and then was appointed to be the secretary of the Shariah council in Sri Lanka. He had contributed through his influential writings in Arabic as well as in Tamil refuting Wahhabism & Thawheed extremism. For endorsement purpose his books were sent to Al Azhar University as well as the Madeena University. We share some of the works he has done as well as some of the photographs.
Presently his family resides in Gampola and his son Hazrath Abdul Haq awaits for his admission to enter the prestigious institution Al Azhar University of Egypt.
