Fatwa on GrandShaykh Abdullah?

A Fatwa against Grand Shaykh Abdullah Dajesthani?

Question:

There is a website under the name CIFIA which has a link here http://www.cifiaonline.com/nazimalhaqqani.htm states that there was a Fatwa against Grand Shaykh of the Naqshbandi order, Shaykh Abdullah Dajesthani in the following way.

Quote

"
FATAWA AGAINST ABDULLAH AD-DAGHESTANI AND NAZIM AL-HAQQANI

It is reported that the Mufti of Daghestan, Master of the Naqshbandi Sufi order, Sayed Ahmad bin Sulaymân Darwish Hajjieff issued fatawà,  warning Muslims against Nazim al Haqqani and his Shaikh Abdullah ad-Daghestani.

"The fatawa were warnings against people who have gone astray; specially those who use the name of religion to disguise, in order to lead people astray when actually, they are the enemies of religion and far from it.  Mufti Ahmed bin Sulaiman of Daghestan counts Nazim al-Qubrusi Haqqani among those who have gone astray. He claims Shaikh Nazim has spread a lot of corruption over the Earth and has distorted the name of Islam among innocent Muslims.   He is a fake Sufi who dresses like scholars to conceal his identity to the people."

Anybody can confirm the fatawa by contacting Daghestan Moslem Spiritual Board, Makhachkala 367015, Aziz Aliev Street 2, Daghestan, Russia.   Read more..

Haqqanis claim that the above Fatawa are wrongly propagated by the followers of Abdullah Al-Harari Al-Habashi.
It is possible that Ahbash have publicized wrong Fatawa.  However, these fatawa are very old.  The Haqqanis have done nothing except to claim that Mufti Ahmed bin Sulaiman of Daghestan is a fake Mufti.  If Haqqani's claim was truthful, they should have approached the Daghestan Fatawa Board and get an authentic evidence in this context.   Haqqanis have all the wealth and resources at their disposal. Many prominent political leaders used to visit Shaikh Nazim in his life time.  Therefore getting a simple refutation of the Fatawa from the Daghestan Fatawa Board was an easy task.  Why they did not attempt it for decades, is a big question?  In the absence of an authentic refutation, people will definitely believe that the above Fatawa are factual.   "

What is the response for the above allegation?

Response:-

In regards to Shaykh Abdullah Faiz Daghestani Alayhi Rahma being kicked out of the Naqshbandi Tariqa , This was a fabrication of a pseudo-fatwa by the Mufti of Dagestan against Shaykh Abdullah Faiz Daghestani Alayhi Rahma the teacher of Shaykh Nazim al-Haqqani in which the Mufti of Dagestan supposedly declares Shaykh Abdullah a heretic. In reality to Shaykh Abdullah left Dagestan in his childhood and was raised in Turkey where he lived all his life until he immigrated to Damascus, so he was completely unknown in Dagestan. This fatwa was declared a fabrication by the historian of Damascus Shaykh Muhammad Muʿtazz al-Subayni.
There was a Made up individual by the name of “Muhammad Zahid al-Naqshbandi” whom people claim to have said of Shaykh Abdullah Faiz Daghestani Alayhi Rahma “he is neither a Sunni nor a Naqshbandi, and he is not connected but disconnected.” In reality this Muhammad Zahid does not exist, and to “narrate” from him is from the craftiness of perjurers, liars and forgers!

Further more the CIFIA themselves are a group who is at one half for the Sunnis & at another level they are against the Sunnis! So why and how could we rely on such research?
